In this self-paced professional development session, we will explore design thinking and how you can integrate it into your classroom, regardless of your subject area.
Purpose and Objectives:
Our primary purpose is to equip you with the tools and mindset necessary to develop young critical minds through your teaching. This course was developed with research-based design principles to utilise the learning sciences in a scalable and sustainable way.

Course Structure:
This course consists of two self-paced modules that will take you through the core principles of design thinking. After mastering the concepts, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in your classroom and engage with a reflexive assignment. The total time commitment for online learning is 1-2 hours, with the assignment requiring a reflection on your classroom practice. The assignment can be submitted at any time.
